If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 1 month of receipt. We are happy to provide a full refund, minus shipping, if the product is returned to us without damage or wear.

If you would like to exchange your jewelry (for instance, if it does not fit), we will be glad to exchange for an identical product at no cost to you except shipping, assuming the original product is returned without damage or wear.

Golden Rose Music is a small business with minimal inventory, and as a result our products may take longer than many other businesses to get to you!!

We make every effort to package and ship your order within two weeks of receiving it; we ship through USPS, and you will have the option to select which shipping option you prefer at check-out. Pick up is also available (and completely free!).
